At   the   Glasgow   Games   Group,   we   are   lucky   to   have   representatives   of   a   few   different   official demo   programs.   If   you’re   interested   in   learning   more   about   any   of   the   following   games,   ask   any of the people below on our Facebook group, or send an email to the appropriate address below. Our   demo   people   aren’t   tied   to   running   events   solely   at   G3;   if   your   club   or   show   would   like   an event   run   for   a   game   system   below,   please   get   in   touch   with   your   chosen   contact.   We   can’t guarantee   they’ll   be   able   to   make   it   due   to   real   life   committments   or   travel,   but   they   will   do   what they can! Mark Nisbet I want a demo - click here Flames   of   War   (by   Battlefront   Miniatures)   allows   players   to   wargame   company   level   battles   from the European, Pacific and North African Theatres of World War Two, using 1:100 scale models. Also available are the titles Team Yankee and Tanks. Team   Yankee   focuses   on   the   ‘what-if’   scenario   of   the   cold   war   going   hot   back   in   the   1980’s,   and Tanks   turns   it’s   attention   to   a   streamlined   set   of   rules   for   fighting   tank   on   tank   skirmish   games   in World War II. Gordon Hamilton I want a demo - click here Relic   Knights   (by   Ninja   Division)   is   an   anime-themed   miniatures   skirmish   game   featuring   models from Soda Pop Miniatures. In    this    dynamic    miniatures    game    you    control    a    heroic    Knight    and    their    enigmatic    cypher. Fighting at their side are the warriors, psychics, and soldiers of the Last Galaxy. Relic   Knights   features   a   diceless,   card-based   game   mechanic   that   puts   you   in   control   of   your forces   through   managing   esper   to   unleash   devastating   attacks,   gallant   defenses,   and   achieve strategic goals on the field of batt le. ‘Gofur’ Hunter I want a demo - click here Kings   of   War   (by   Mantic   Games)   is   a   fantasy   mass-combat   game   in   which   you   take   command   of large   armies   to   out   fight   and   out   manoeuvre   your   opponent.   Forces   such   as   Dwarves,   Elves   and Orcs are available to command! Andrew Bussey I want a demo - click here Dropzone   Commander   and   Dropfleet   Commander   (both   from   TT   Combat)   are   sci-fi   games   set   in a future where humanity has almost been wiped out by alien invaders. Escaping   to   untraceable   colonies,   humans   have   rebuilt   their   society   and   are   ready   to   reclaim what was taken by the Scourge. Humanity   also   has   to   contend   with   the   mysterious   Shaltari   Tribes   and   the   Post-Human   Republic, who abandoned the human sphere just before the Scourge invasion. Traitors, or survivalists?
